Monday

  • Test chemical levels with test strips
  • Add bromine if needed
  • Adjust pH and alkalinity to the proper level
  • Add a natural enzyme clarifier according to package directions.

Wednesday

  • Test chemical levels with test strips
  • Add a Stain & Scale Control according to package directions

Friday

  • Test chemical levels with test strips
  • Adjust pH and alkalinity if needed
  • Add a Spa Shock according to the package directions

 

 

REMEMBER: Many other additives are available for your spa. Some are necessary to compensate for out-of-balance water. Many additives aid cosmetic water treatment and others simply make the water feel or smell better.

  • Test water at least once a week.
  • Drain spa every 3 to 4 months
  • Keep your filter clean
  • Shock your spa once a week
  • To raise pH or alkalinity add pH/alkalinity plus
  • To lower pH or alkalinity add pH/alkalinity minus
  • Bromine kills algae and purifies water
