If you are having an issue with your hot tub, see below for some common issues below before requesting a service call.

PROBLEM: The heater pack does not work at all.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- The thermostat is turned off.
- The timer is set to off.
- The circuit breaker tripped.
SOLUTION:
- Turn up the thermostat.
- Adjust timer.
- Check the main panel and reset.
PROBLEM: Reduced water flow and jet action.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- Clogged filter.
- The water level is too low.
- Partially closed gate valves.
SOLUTION:
- Clean filter.
- Add water.
- Make sure all gate valves are open.
PROBLEM: Pump leaks.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- Loose unions.
- Seal leak. (will leak at pump shaft)
SOLUTION:
- Tighten unions at the pump.
- Replace the seal or bring the pump to your dealer.
PROBLEM: The pump will not prime. No water coming from jets.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- Air in the filter system.
SOLUTION:
- Loosen the drain valve and bleed until water comes out.
PROBLEM: Does not heat to the proper temperature.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- The cover left off.
- The thermostat is set too low and is not reaching the desired temperature.
- Clogged filter.
SOLUTION:
- Always leave the cover on when not in use.
- Turn up the thermostat.
- Run spa without filter cartridge. If the spa heats to the desired temperature, clean the filter.
PROBLEM: The equipment pack works but the heater does not heat.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- The thermostat is set too low.
- Hi-limit tripped.
- Clogged filter.
SOLUTION:
- Turn up the thermostat.
- Press the reset button.
- Clean filter.
- Make sure the spa is set to heater mode.
PROBLEM: Noisy pump
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- Motor is loose on the base.
SOLUTION:
- Retighten to base.
