Are you in need of a new hot tub cover? Over time your spa cover can become heavy, and your vinyl can become faded or brittle. We have many spa covers in stock to fit your hot tub, or we can special order to your specific color and dimensions you choose.
All of our classic spa covers are manufactured using specialty manufactured vinyl for spa covers and energy efficient polystyrene inserts. Each insert is heat-sealed with a poly vapor moisture barrier to protect your spa cover against water absorption. Inhibitors in both the vinyl & thread prevent premature aging of your spa cover, which all add up to a superior product. Spa cover upgrades are available.
To extend the life of your spa cover, once a month we recommend you clean and condition your vinyl with cleaner and vinyl conditioning creme - complete with UV blockers to help protect your cover from harsh sun. Vinyl can dry and become brittle which can cause wear on all the seams and stress points. It's also important to have a proper water balance in your hot tub.

Congratulations! You have purchased the world’s finest spa cover. To keep your cover in good condition, a few
simple maintenance steps and precautions should be followed:
- Pets, children, and other objects must be kept off the cover. The cover should never be used as a table. This can cause permanent damage to the foam inserts, except for walk-on covers, which will easily hold the weight of two average adults.
- All heat producing objects such as grills, lanterns, etc. should be kept away from the cover.
- Excessive heat will damage the vinyl and foam inserts.
- The cover should be kept clean. Do not let dirt or debris accumulate. Washing the vinyl with a vinyl cleaner on a regular basis will keep the spa cover looking good for years. Vinyl conditioners should be applied periodically. Never use harsh chemicals on the cover. Do not use mildew removers on the cover.
- When adding bromine or other chemicals to the spa, move the cover completely away from spa so that splashing cannot inadvertently reach the cover.
- Warning: Do not use Tri-Chlor Sanitizers. Use of Tri-Chlor will void cover warranty.
- After adding chemicals to your spa leave your cover off for 1-3 hours
How to Measure for a Cover
It is best if you measure your existing cover and not your spa. In order to get the proper length and width, measure across the seam, then perpendicular to that. If your spa has cut our radius corners be sure to measure them as well. The final measurement required will be the skirt size. The skirt is the small flap that is sewn on to the bottom of the cover, the skirt would cover the acrylic lip that sticks out from the spas cabinet.
If you do not have a cover to measure from, then you must measure all the outside dimensions of the spa. The cover has a 2" flap around the edges of the spa called a skirt. The skirt must easily sit over the edges of the spa, with a little room to spare.
It is always better to make the cover size a little bit bigger than your spa when measuring. If you make a mistake, and measure too small, the cover will not fit properly, will not sit flat and will not hold the heat in.
All covers come with Four Tie-Downs with child-proof locks and locks that can either be attached to the wood spa cabinet or be screwed to a deck.
Spas come in a variety of "standard" shapes. Determining your units shape will help you order the proper cover.

How to measure the radius of a curved spa.

Method # 1 for determining radius:
To determine the radius of your cover's corners, take a sheet of paper and trace around one of the curved corners of the cover. You will get a curved line similar to those shown at the left. Remove the paper and complete the circle. You can do this freehand. Then measure across the middle of the circle you drew, and divide by 2.
Method # 2 for determining radius:
Another way to measure the radius is by placing a carpenter's square on the outside of your spa. The distance between the corner of the carpenter's square and the place where it touches the spa (A) equals the radius of the curve (B).
