Job Requirements
- Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness is a must for this position.
- Willingness and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to accept responsibility for errors and work on improving.
- Some experience with a forklift is a must.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to all tasks assigned.
- Must be able to show up to work consistently and on time when scheduled.
- This is a full time position Monday - Friday.
- Comprehensive Training.
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving.
- Requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours plus per shift.
- Must be able to withstand working in a non-climate controlled environment.
Job Duties:
- Primary responsibility may include one, all, or a combination of the following within a workday;
- Unloading/Loading trailers with truckload orders and warehouse transfers via forklift.
- Picking, preparing, and staging orders.
- Responsible for finished goods put away in the organization of the warehouse.
- And perform all other warehouse related duties assigned for directed.
- May be assigned to other areas if necessary.

Job Duties
- Reading and interpreting work documentation, including quotes, work orders, invoices, schematics, and manufacturer's specifications.
- Troubleshooting and servicing circulating, heating, filtering, and electrical systems as well as hot tub/spa structures.
- Inspecting and testing the performance and function of a variety of equipment.
- Replacing and repairing faulty parts, components or structures.
- Using a variety of hand tools for repair and replacement purposes, including hammers,
chisels, wrenches, glue, saw, epoxy, lubricants, shop vac, and pipe cutters. - Keeping pace with work scheduling requirements.
- Completing work documentation such as timesheets, work orders, invoices to record parts used, nature and scope of service problems warranty coverage, serial numbers, and pressure & gauge readings in a clear accurate way to company standards.
- Communicating with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and sub-trades personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar for service appointments.
- This is a full time position Monday - Friday.
- Comprehensive Training.

- Diagnosis installation spa issues.
