The following positions are currently available on our Spa & Tub Manufacturers, Inc. Team:
- Hot Tub Service Technician
- Warehouse Associate
- Retail Sales Associate
- Hot Tub Delivery
- Front Counter Associate
- Diagnose and repair hot tubs and spa equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and service calls.
- Install and replace spa components and parts.
- Provide friendly, professional service at customers' homes.
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain accurate service records with neat handwriting.
- Keep a clean and organized work area and service vehicle.
- Mechanical and/or electrical experience preferred but not required.
- Pool or spa service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, dependable, and customer service oriented.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment and work in outdoor conditions year round.

Job Requirements
- Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness is a must for this position.
- Willingness and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to accept responsibility for errors and work on improving.
- Some experience with a forklift is a must.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to all tasks assigned.
- Must be able to show up to work consistently and on time when scheduled.
- This is a full time position Monday - Friday.
- Comprehensive Training.
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving.
- Requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours plus per shift.
- Must be able to withstand working in a non-climate controlled environment.
Job Duties:
- Primary responsibility may include one, all, or a combination of the following within a workday;
- Unloading/Loading trailers with truckload orders and warehouse transfers via forklift.
- Picking, preparing, and staging orders.
- Responsible for finished goods put away in the organization of the warehouse.
- And perform all other warehouse related duties assigned for directed.
- May be assigned to other areas if necessary.

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
- Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using POS system.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean and safe store environment.
- Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
- Reading and interpreting work documentation, including quotes, work orders, invoices, schematics, and manufacturer's specifications.
- Keeping pace with work scheduling requirements.
- Completing work documentation such as timesheets, work orders, invoices to record parts used, nature and scope of service problems warranty coverage, serial numbers, and pressure & gauge readings in a clear accurate way to company standards.
- Communicating with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and sub-trades personnel.
- May be assigned to other areas if necessary.
